How We Built An Online Presence For A Leading Window Manufacturer in Hungary From Zero


A leading window profile manufacturer company from Germany had no online presence in Hungary until 2019. This way it could not support its distributors with any digital marketing and branding activity. The products they offer are high-end and the market already has two premium products with an established brand and a lot of marketing activity.


As a first step, we developed a multipager, responsive, user and SEO-friendly website that shows all the distributors and partners and their stores with addresses in Hungary. After the website launch we started to generate traffic to the site using display advertising, search engine marketing (Google Ads and Search Engine Optimization) and social media. The main emphasis is on B2C blog content which is a rarely used feature by manufacturers.

We also reached out to the window installers who are B2B partners of the company. We invited them to take part in a social media game, where they could upload photos of the final product and win prizes for the highest-rated photos. “

  1. Our online strategy generated more than 30.000 unique visitors in the first 3 months
    The total number of visitors over the year was 145.000, of which 70% are paid visitors. The number of visitors that came from organic searches (SEO) has increased by 20% each month
  2. The conversion rate (checking the contact page or one of the distributors contact details) is above 4,5%
  3. Ranking in the top 10 search engine results in Google for main keywords such as “plastic window” or “window change” (which is a one word keyphrase in Hungarian)
  4. The B2B social media game was a smashing success while the company also got a hold of a great photo library which can be used for future marketing activity.
